1. Please take note,you have to make FULL PAYMENT for a purchase below RM150. 50% DEPOSIT is COMPULSORY for a purchase RM151 and above. If you did not make any payment to my acc within 2 days of our discussion, your order will not be processed. Once you paid the deposit, then only your order is consider as CONFIRMED. And you need to bank in the BALANCE to my acc 2 DAYS BEFORE COLLECTION DATE. Please MESSAGE ME AT MY FB/EMAIL me once the payment is done.

2. DELIVERIES are available for all purchase. Delivery will be charge acording to km and toll charge. You need to confirm your delivery once you have confirm your order. Please give me the ACTUAL TIME to deliver, and, please provide me with COMPLETE ADRESS of the delivery place.

3.NO MORE FREE DELIVERIES (unless below 10km (min order RM50) from my place - Taman Sri Putra, Sungai Buluh). Any delivery 10km and below but ordered below RM50 will be charge accordingly.

4. I would be thankful if you come and COLLECT THE ORDER AT MY PLACE yourself.

5. Your orders are important to me, but however i still need my rest. Due to that, I will NO longer accept ORDERS on SUNDAY. Last collection will be on SATURDAY EVENING, and the next collection will be on MONDAY after 12pm (depends on order type).

Further more, I will not answer any phone calls after 6pm and on Sunday (except for customers who want to collect the cake on that day). Any urgent matters, you may sms/message me at fb/email me. I will call you back, but please make sure you give me your number.

6. Please WRITE YOUR NAME IN EVERY SMS YOU SENT ME....as I may recived several sms at the same time and please take note that I may not able to save your number due to limited space in my phone book.
